MEET THE NEWEST MEMBER OF OUR SALES TEAM

Canadian sports fans may recognize the newest member of our team – or at least seen him on TV.

A TV sports reporter for 20 years, Corey Ginther came to sales via a different route, which is a large part of why he fits in so well here at DROP Structures. We’ve never been fans of the traditional, high-pressure sales experience here, and bringing in new perspectives is an important part of that.

Hiring passion

As we mentioned, Corey began his career by following his dream to become a sportscaster. For 20 years, he pursued his passion, covering both professional and amateur athletics for the Canadian television broadcaster, CTV.

“For nearly two decades I got to live my dream of getting paid to report on sports of every kind, from professional to amateur,” Corey said.

While modular, turn-key buildings and hockey don’t have much overlap, his dedication to pursuing his passion matches our culture, which makes him a great fit.

After two decades in the field, he decided to move on and came out west, where he sold new houses. For five years, he worked in sales and then he visited DROP Structures HQ, where he would find a renewed passion.

“When I saw DROP Structures, I knew instantly that I wanted to be involved in selling such a cool product. What I quickly discovered is the quality is way better than many new home building standards,” Corey said.

It was that enthusiasm that convinced us he could add value and passion to our team.

Part of creating a better sales experience

At DROP Structures we’re proud of our white glove delivery service. Just like with each new structure we develop, our sales process is designed to add to every client’s life – not take precious hours.

For Corey, that means he’s always available to help – even after the purchase.

“From that first email to delivery, I am there to help from start to finish to make sure every client is 100% satisfied with their purchase,” Corey said.

That commitment to service, combined with passion makes Corey a great addition to our team.

But, the real strength of the DROP Structures team isn’t in devotion to a sales flow, or customer satisfaction surveys. We’ve talked to many salespeople who look great on paper, but when it comes down to it, the authenticity isn’t there.

For Corey, that 100% satisfaction doesn’t come from a desire to sell more, or do great in evaluations.

“I just love people and I find it extremely rewarding to help them,” Corey said.

That’s why we know every client who works with Corey will enjoy the process from end to end.

Part of the family

We’re glad to say that, even though Corey hasn’t been here long, he’s already part of the family.

“This is such a great team. We have a ton of fun and build an incredible product. It's the ultimate combo,” Corey said.

We look forward to working with him for many years to come and hope you’ll be able to meet him in person one day when you follow your own dreams and purchase your very own DROP Structure.
