EXPANDING OUR LINEUP TO GIVE YOU MORE

Since we delivered our first DROP Structure three years ago, people have continued to ask us for more focused options in a structure.

We’ve been asked for:

  • Yurts

  • Carriage homes

  • ADUs

  • Off-grid living solutions

  • Tiny homes

  • Backyard offices

The list goes on and on.

Today, we’re happy to announce we’re expanding our offerings to give you more of what you want, including a fully off-grid DROP Structure that includes lights, a bathroom and so much more.

Our 2021 lineup

If you’ve visited our website in the past and couldn’t see yourself in a DROP Structure, it’s time to look again. With the addition of two new designs in the last few months, new partnerships with great companies, and major re-thinking of our previous models, we have more options than ever before.

Alpha

Previously known as the Micro, the Alpha is a new spin on the previous design. While we still offer the same efficiency-focused footprint, we’ve expanded our vision in response to your feedback.

Through the re-design process to serve your needs better, we’ve come up with three separate models, Alpha, Alpha Plus, and Alpha Lodge.

The Alpha Lodge adds a washroom to the Alpha Plus, opening the door for more possibilities, including a home office that converts to a guest room.

The Mono Mini carries over unchanged from last year, with full front glass as standard.

It continues to be a great:

  • Home office

  • Art Studio

  • Base camp

Mono

Our first design ever, the Mono remains a popular option for many of our clients. Continuing forward, it will have the full front glass as standard.

As something of a blank canvas, it has been used for:

  • An extra bedroom

  • A home office

  • A glamping unit

Holo

Last year, we came out with the brand new Holo. From the exterior, it resembles a Mono with an off-center peak. That small change is more than just aesthetic. By pushing the peak to the side, we’re able to create more interior space for a loft, adding in extra useable space without affecting the exterior dimensions.

However, this year we’ve added even more to the Holo, creating three separate models, including Holo, Holo Plus and Off-Grid Holo.

The baseline Holo offers more space than the Mono by adding the loft area, without increasing the footprint of the building.

The Holo Plus adds 8’ of length, with all the amenities needed to create a temporary living/glamping space. This includes a full washroom (including shower), kitchen/wet bar with sink, 110-volt electrical panel and a wood stove. This unit requires 110-volt service and plumbing.

The Holo Off-Grid is ready to go wherever you are. Featuring a bathroom, with foot pump sink and composting toilet, solar power and a wood stove, the Holo Off-Grid gives you access to all the amenities you could want without being tied to any outside sources.

Duo

The second unit we ever designed, the Duo remains a popular option for those who want more space. Because of its extra size, we have always fielded requests from clients who wanted a tiny home/ADU/cabin. So, we’ve gone through a redesign process to add more amenities to make it the perfect short-term living space.

The classic Duo is currently getting a completely new re-design that we’re really excited about.

The Duo Plus is our first step towards making a space that clients can cook, sleep, and live in. Offering an extra 18’ of space, the Holo Plus includes a full bathroom, kitchen and separate bathroom.

Creating the perfect space for your dreams

When we first designed the Mono, we created a blank canvas for our clients – allowing each buyer to dictate their own purpose. But, as we’ve grown and started a conversation with different clients and those looking for solutions like ours, we realized our blank canvas was simply too blank for some uses. Where we saw infinite possibility, some clients saw roadblocks that were almost impossible to overcome.

But we didn’t stop there. Our mission isn’t to create Monos whether or not our clients want them. It’s to create spaces that open up room to dream. That’s why we’ll continue to iterate and redesign so that we can open that same possibility for every person dreaming of a space of their own.

Whether you want a yoga studio, a cabin, a streaming hub, or something we’ve never envisioned, we are working to create the perfect, beautiful space that will inspire you to follow your dreams.
